Shipping & Return Policy 

SHIPPING POLICY

Each product is made on demand when an order is placed. Processing may take up to 5-7 business days and an additional 3-7 for shipping on most items. Products are typically shipped via one of the following methods: 

  • Express (1–3 business days in the US, Canada, and internationally)

  • Standard (3–6 business days in the US, 4–7 business days in Canada, 5–20 business days internationally) 

We choose the most suitable and reliable carrier for your shipment, taking into account the shipping method that’s been selected and the end address. You will see the specific carrier delivering the package in the order confirmation email.

Only the options available for a particular address will appear at checkout. For example, if Express shipping is not available for a specific destination, you will only see the Standard rate. 

Many carriers require phone numbers for Express delivery. If Express shipping is selected, be sure to provide a phone number in advance to prevent the order from being put on hold. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns are excepted in the event of product misprint, damage, or defects.  Size exchanges may be granted solely at our discretion. Please contact GFN before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or extend refunds/exchanges for products such as masks, face-coverings, or underwear. 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore GFN reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion. 

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
